breaking "policies and procedures" when there isn't any in place, can i be released from my job?
I live in texas, if I was released from my work, for "not following policies and procedures" but there isn't any policies and procedures in place, or signed documentation for the actions they released...

I singed a non complete but the employer forgot to fill in the top where it says in consideration. it is blank and does not say whom it is with or what the consideration is?
