I transitioned to a new position in the company which was supposed to end in a year, but the company is still paying me. What are my obligations under the law?
In exchange I signed a non compete agreement. The agreement states that it is expected to end on or around June 28, 2022, but they are still paying me.

I just accepted a job and start soon, however I have a doctors appointment that I schedule 3 months ago. They are now telling me I can not take time off during training. Is this correct they can terminate me starting due to this?
