final paycheck

I was fired two weeks ago (12/4/03), and I still haven't recieved my final paycheck. Our payday was the 5th, but he still won't tell me when I can expect my check. What can I do?

Pay Check

California law requires that the employer pay you immediately at the time of termination. You are entitled to penalties for each day you do not receive your pay up to 30 days pay. YOu should contact the California Labor Commissioner's office as soon as possible.
