Employer witholding my final paycheck -- Ohio

I resigned from my position at my former employer 3 weeks ago, and they are witholding my final paycheck. They say they will not send it until I do an exit interview. Their "employment at-will" policy states that any employee can leave at any time without cause or notification. How can I get my money, and what Ohio laws cover this? Thank you.

You are entitled to your pay without doing an interview

Ohio law requires an employer to pay you promptly. The law is at http://onlinedocs.andersonpublishing.com/revisedcode/. Search for 4113.15. If your employer does not pay you, you can file a small claims action and recover your pay, as well as the penalties spelled out in that section.

Best regards,

Neil.
