Adding defendants to wrongful termination complaint
If you amend a complaint in federal court and add new defendants, do you have to send a copy of the complaint and scheduling order to the new defendants?

Yes, you will serve the new Defendants with a copy of the lawsuit and they will get a copy of the scheduling order.
