Wrongful Termination

I have a strong case to file a wrongful termination against a fortune company. But I would like to settle with them. What is the guideline to negotiate the severance package? What is the "market price"? I would like to hire a lawyer to help me out.

severance negotiation

It depends on what your earnings are, and what your case is about . . . for lawyers in your area, you might go to celaweb.org -- california employment lawyers. .. good luck
