Question on timeline for wrongful Termination

First of all your site is Fantastic, and
very diversified. My question is how long does a company have to respond to a
Complaint Filed in a Wrongful termination suit.? How Long will the typical suit take on the average.
Thank-you, for your time.

depends, of course

your question is far more complex than you realize. the answer depends on whether you have a statutory claim or only a common law claim; whether you must file with an administrative agency or can go straight to court; what forum (court? agency? federal? state?), how the judges in that forum manage their caseloads, etc., etc., etc.
this is why you should have an attorney experienced in employment law handling your case.
good luck
