Is it retaliation when you are fired for speaking with TWC against the company.
Never been in trouble with this company. I have worked there for eight years ran my own crew for five. We have a progressive disciplinary process that was never given to me. They don't have one thing on file negative about me. In a meeting later that week guys on my old crew said that HR had told them I was fired for guilt by association.
