What do you do when your state Unemployment Commission fails to acknowledge a request for rehearing when new evidence is submitted?

The TWC is very strict about deadlines. Often, you have only 30 days in which to appeal a decision. So, if you met the deadline, call the TWC and ask the status. If that phone call does not get you the information you need, then you should speak with a lawyer there in Dallas.
