Does a PRN employee need a separation notice when we no longer need them for shifts?

We have an employee who works as need PRN. no set hours or shifts. We no longer need them . Do we need to send out a separation notice?

You only need to send a GA Dept. of Labor separation notice if the employee has been permanently separated. If the PRN employee may still be utilized in the future, you would not need to do so.
