is this discrimination, harassment, and retaliation? Do i have some kind of case?

This is long and can be very detailed but I will attempt to cut it short. I am a woman that was hired as an electrical apprentice working on construction sites. I was only one of two women working for the company. There was an employee that was always acting weird at work and several people had made comments about his possible drug use. One day he was getting reprimanded for not having the correct tools and equipment. I allowed him to borrow a few but moments later i found him stealing from tools. He then attacked me from behind and the assualt led to 15 months of light duty work with a permanent impairment. I filed charges with police dept. My employer has harassed me on multiple accounts and threatened my job and i was force by intemidation and threats to do my work even outside medical restrictions or i would be sent home and suspended or fire. I was told several times if i didnt want to do the work go home. I was given cleaning duties all the time and told that i shouldnt complain because i was a woman everyone knows women clean better especially since i had a bunch of kids. I was constantly called a gimp a or gimpy in front of other people. I was yelled at several times about only having to drink on the job site even though everyone had cokes and coffee and so on and i also asked the superintendent of the whole job site and he said he didn't have a problem with and drink as long as it wasn't alcohol.. I took pictures. Then i was told it didnt matter what they did. I told the Hr person what was going on several times and all she said was he shouldnt do that and she knew this was going to be an issue because alot men have problems working with woman but nothing was ever said to him or done. Then he sent me away to work another job site that was stressful and very undesirable and he knew this. A week later i was sent to the shop to work where i assigned the duty of picking up dead rats from the professional extermination services on the second floor of the ware house with no fans and 104 degrees outside. Im not an exterminator and have had no training and not even sure if i was given proper equipment. I was forced to constantly work outside of my medical resitriction. My job was either threatened or i would be treated badly. I went through all the medical for work comp and certified MMI. I had my impairment rating done and recieved the result on th evening of Feb 18. The owner of the company was supposed to out of town until monday and this was a thursday. Friday morning iwas called into the office and fired by the owner one day after receiving impairment letter stating permanent impairment. They gave a crappy reason on my termination report that doesnt even match the section of the handbook they referenced.I had never been written up or anything at the company. Its all bogus. I do have evidence of so many things that have happened.. I believe that I have been discriminated against due to my injury and harassed over and over and I also believe my termination was retaliation. What are some of your thoughts or opinions and what should i do? Do i have some sort of legal case? should I file with OSHA first? im very lost
