age discimination; retaliation; sexual harassment

I filed 5 EEOC complaints against the agency I work for: (1) age discrimination and failure to promote; (2) two retaliation complaints; and (3) two sexual harassment complaints. After filing the first 3, I was disciplined by my employer despite my exemplary performance. The EEOC complailnts are pending investigation. An internal investigation has been complete, but no findings released. Do I have a legal case against this employer?

retaliation case

Based upon the facts you have given, it is impossible to tell if you have a claim. If you can prove that the company gave you a bad review because you filed EEOC charges, then you have a good retaliation claim. You should seek a local attorney if you want a better evaluation.
