I am being falsely accused of harassment, discrimination and retaliation at work.

I am being falsely accused of harassment and discrimination by an employee. What to do?
The HR department has not contacted me yet, my boss did talked to both and determined the accusation is false and the witness testified on my favor. The employee accused me of harassment, retaliation discrimination. The 3 scenarios are false, he even accused me of using words I have never said and his witnesses as myself we dont know what he is talking about. He was the manager for the past 6months, I have respect for him but 3 weeks ago he was demoted of his title and I became his manager. I have a reputation of a fair effective leader. Never a complaint. I have helped many CEOs to build their companies. My boss asked me not to do anything and not to take it personal but they are talking to him because everything was proof to be a false accusation I am very concern; I am upset I dont want to loose my job and I don't want to be accused of something I didn't do and that is the completely opposite at who I am. Please help!
Thanks

You may want to seek legal counsel to address the employer, but the employer is going to be free to conduct the investigation in the manner is deems appropriate and reach the conclusion it deems just. Counsel may be able to point some matters out for consideration. There are several good employment attorneys in WPB, our office being one.
