Vacation pay

I have been employed by the same company for 13 years. Each year I have received a 9 day vacation bonus paid in June . This past year the change in the sick days required everyone to have three sick days. I specifically asked at the time if this would affect my vacation pay and was told no. There has been no renegotiation of terms. I did not get paid for my vacation days and inquired today as to what was going on and was told that they now decided not to do the vacation pay as the sick days made up for them. Do i have any recourse?
