Am I entitled to vacation pay?
I got laid off and only received a few hours notice, also my check did not include vacation pay which i was entitled for. My employer said it wasn't company's policy to pay vacation, sick days etc. Upon reading the company's handbook i realized he lied and that im entitled to vacation pay, holiday pay etc. he wont answer my calls now. Should i take legal action?
