Can I file for unemployment if I go ahead and walk

I have complained on numerous occasions asking for help loads of hob duties that have been dumped on me in the process of a change over to another company that bought out. I have since talked to HR about it. I was told she would call me back. A few months later she calls backbone reference to an employee that made a complaint. I was very stressed. Working 70 to 80 hours a week and broke down crying. She asked if anything changes from our last call I told her no. About a week or 2 later I was being wrote up for not following proper procedures and a few other things that were not correct. I told my boss that and he insisted I signed it anyway without anywhere on the write up to give my comment. No one ever called me in reference to the things I was being wrote up for. By the way.. it was my first and final warning with 2 follow up reviews. The HR woman called me in reference to an investigation. And asked how I was doing. I told her I just found out I has skin cancer and was having to reschedule a hire class so o wouldn't miss another Dr appointment. She automatically said I had to sign for FMLA. When she sent me the paperwork it said I couldn't return to work. I worked any way. Without any argument from them i told them i wasnt requesting time off.. just a day for an appointment. They said it didnt matter. Included in this paperwork was a letterhead from this company stating if I didn't sign it and give them full access to all my doctor records and communication with said doctor I wouldn't get the FMLA .. Then.. for the second evaluation of my so called warning was good.. then on the 3rd. We had a meeting where my boss told everyone in the room i was doing a great job. Only to tell me the next day he didn't like how things were being run. Told me I didn't have a job or I could step down. Then a little over an hour later he calls me and tells me to hold off on that conversation we had. Sent his 2 warning notice to me stating I was showing favoritism and because I was doing the job I was originally doing plus the one I was bumped down to do. I called in reference to the favoritism comment on the warning notice and asked him what that was avout because he never said that to me before he left. He said it was because I let some ppl clock in. And not let others.. that is their doings.. not mine. They let ppl clock In.. and not let others. I have yet in a little over a year have had anyone above me come help me when asked.
