I work in Washington state. My employer wants me to sign a paper stating that i will not file for unemployment. Can they do this?

Can a employer ask me to sign a paper saying i won't file for unemployment?

It is difficult to imagine a context where such a request would be viewed as appropriate. If any action is taken with respect to your employment for failing to agree to that, you should seek legal counsel immediately.
