wrongful termination

I was termintated from my employer after 5 years of exceptional work history for missing deadlines from a female supervisor. Prior to her promotion I never recieved any type of disicplinary action from a male supervisor. During her one year as my supervisor I had one written warning for missing deadlines and two hospitalizations for high blood pressure.

Legally wrongful?

Five years of exceptional work history would help if you could provide more information. Do you believe you are the victim of sex discrimination? Or discrimination for useing time off under the Family and Medical Leave Act? I can not tell. If neither of these apply I would need to know in what state you were working, if you had a written contract, were under a Union contract etc. With more information someone may be able to help you. Best wishes.
