IS THIS WRONGFUL TERMINATION AND IF SO WHAT CAN I DO?

I WAS FIRED FOR MISCONDUCT SO I WENT TO APPLY FOR UNEMPLYMENT AND I WAS DENIES FOR THAT REASON. I APPEALED THE UNEMPLOYMENT DEPARTMENT AND WENT TO COURT. THE JUDGE RULED IN MY FAVORE AND SAID THAT THE COMPANY I WORKED FOR DIDNT HAVE PROBABLE CAUSE TO HAVE FIRED ME FOR MISCONDUCT AND THE DECISION WAS OVERTURNED. CAN I SUE MY EX-EMPLOYER FOR WRONGFUL TRERMINATION?

Possible Wrongful Termination

You may or not have a claim for wrongful termination. In order for that to be determined you will need to speak to an attorney to determine whether your employment was "at-will", or if there were any improper reasons for your termination. If you would like to discuss this matter you can call me at 909-680-1182 or email me at gsm@lopezmorris.com.
Sincerely,
Geoff Morris
