wrongful termination

I was wrongfully terminated from my employer on December 1, 2002 and I want to know what rights I have as far as sueing my former employer.

Wrongful termination

Your question is too broad to answer. I would need to know what was "wrongful" about it. Generally, Indiana is an "at-will" employment state in which you can be fired for any reason or no reason. There are exceptions under Indiana and Federal law, so it is important to give more information to determine if you have any cause of action.
