About Me:

I have practiced law for over 20 years, almost all of it in various areas of employment law. I handle all kinds of employment related claims but my primary focus is on cases involving equal pay, gender discrimination, retaliation, unpaid overtime, executive employment contracts and severance agreements. Additionally, I consult with small businesses regarding employment policies and litigation avoidance. My colleagues in the bar and bench have awarded me a Martindale-Hubbell Preeminent AV Rating, the highest possible rating.

Admitted to bar, 1993, Indiana and U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana; 1999, U.S. Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit.
