i was injured on the job last may

i was injured om the job working for pepsi in bulk which was throwing cases of soda and othe product and my job requires you to be able to lift 20 to 45 lbs for 8 to 12 hrs aday and i cant even lift 20 lbs and sometime the pallet that we build there are over your head and all the jobs at the plant require you to lift 20 to 45 lbs and i can not lift even 20 lbs what can i do and i has 2 surgerys on my shoulder

That being said, you appear to have a claim for worker's compensation; you should see a workers' comp attorney ASAP; also, ensure you have reported the injury to your employer. If you can't do the job due to a disability, you should ask for a reasonable accommodation; there may not be one, however, for your position. Finally, speak with your worker's comp attorney about whether social security disability might be available to you.
