victim of accident at the work place

I am a school bus driver of 19 years. As a victim of school bus verses a pedestrian at the work place, no action was taken. I have
notified my local union and employer in writing and verbally on numerous occasions with no response. The driver of the bus was a recent vice-president of, (The Educational Local 870 of The CSEA. INC., Lacal, AFSCME/ AFL-CIO). There are procedures that the employer is supposed to take and they were not properly followed.
What is the next step for me to take and who do I need to contact for assistance in this matter?

Injured on the Job

If you were injured in an on-the-job accident, you may got to the nearest Workers' Compensation office and file a claim. Although I do not do Workers' Compensation cases, there are many attorneys who do these types of cases. However, many employees handle their claims without an attorney.
