Christopher E. Ezold is an attorney with Nancy O'Mara Ezold, P.C., a Pennsylvania law firm concentrating in employment and business law. Mr. Ezold is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce, and is general counsel for the Main Line Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Ezold received his Juris Doctor from the Villanova University School of Law in 1995, and his B.A from George Washington University, and is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Ezold concentrates his practice in counseling employees and employers on the entire spectrum of employment matters, including: employment contracts, non-compete and confidentiality agreements; discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination claims; policies and procedures; unemployment; wage and overtime issues; Fair Labor Standards Act issues; the Family Medical Leave Act; ERISA and benefits issues and other regulatory matters. Mr. Ezold also represents business with regard to business and commercial matters including: partner/shareholder disputes; commercial litigation; contracts; property leases; business formation; lending, capitalization and investment matters; regulatory matters and similar issues. Mr. Ezold is currently a volunteer attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
