he fired me because he cant yet fire my huband?

my husband is the manager where we work,3 weeks ago we got a new gm.he caame to the shop with the owners and in the office he told me that he was the body gaurd.he denied it when i told my husband..so when he came in yesterdy i told him i wanted have a witness when speaking with him..he immediatly put his finger in my face and stated screaming your fired get out now

These certainly are strange facts. The new general manager said he was the body guard? Why would he do that? Regardless, unless you and your husband have contracts with the owners of the shop, you can be fired at any time for any reason or for no reason at all, except for reasons prohibited by law, such as discrimination because of race, sex, age, disability, etc. or retaliation for having filed charges of discrimination or in retaliation for having cooperated with law enforcement officials investigating a crime. So, the premise of your question that the general manager can't fire your husband is probably faulty, unless there are additional facts you haven't told us.
