my old boss was fired for changing our punch in and punch out times because he had us violating federal dot regulations so he would not get into trouble. he had been doing this for about 1.5 to 2 years. he would manually change the time in the computer. the h.r dept at Cintas did an investigation and found my statements to be true. i was wondering if i could purse legal action against Cintas
