Is it worth it to pursue $2K in wages from a bankrupt company?

About 6 weeks ago I quit a company called Intellisys Group. They have since filed chapter 11. I am owed about $2000 in back wages and vacation compensation. Chapter 11 should not exclude them from paying me, correct? Is worth my time to pursue this matter legally or will it end up costing me more in legal fees?

Yes it is worth your time. You just fill out a claim form and serve it on the debtor and the trustee
