Would I be able to pursue actions about the unfair treatment?

I worked for a corporate dental office just about two years. I became pregnant and I was not given any breaks, worked over into lunch, vomiting and not sent home, put in the hospital for stress, double booked schedules, numerous doctor's notes and sent to an office 45 minutes away after 1 month back from maternity leave. I really would not try to pursue or even pay unless there is a reason. I have all the documentation. So if a lawyer wants the case and thinks that they can win then contact me. Thank you

The facts you describe appear to state a colorable claim. You need to file a charge with EEOC to preserve your federal rights. You should see an employment attorney with all that you can show as your treatment. For federal coverage the employer must have a total of 15 or more employees for state law coverage only 4 or more employees are needed.

You need to speak with an attorney that can evaluate your case. You can select one near you at www.oelasmart.net/directory
