Fired, no reason, maybe discrimination

Fired without cause!

Today I was pulled into my manager's office and was told I was being fired. My manager could not give me any other reason than I had some personal issues before Christmas. My husband deployed and I was a little internally upset but that did not affect my job.
I did have a small disagreement with a black girl in accounting and that was brought up. She was not terminated and I was. I feel I might be discriminated against in a small fashion.
I have no counceling statements, and no negative actions against me. Matter of fact I have had two raises in the last year.

Can you please help me find the correct path legally to pursue

need more information

I would be glad to help, or see if I can, but I need more information, including details on the incident with the other employee and why you think discrimination might be involved (and what kind). Your employer does not have to have a reason to fire you, but it cannot discriminate based on certain categories, like race. It would probably be easiest for you to send me contact information so I can call you, probably on Thursday, as I am out of the office today.
