Working Full time and Part time benifits denyed after loss of Part time employment. What can be done

For the past three years my gross annual income has been approximately $64,000. It was derived from full time employment annual $ 54,000 and a part time salary of $ 10,000 annually . I took the part time job to compensate for the loss of my wife's primary employment. The part time Job was out-sourced and my annually salary is now decreased by the aforementioned $10,000. PA is currently denying my Unemployment claim on the basis that I work a full time job and am compensated above their weekly limit. They seem to think I was cleaning toilets for the pure enjoyment of the act. My question is a simple one; Do I have any legal recourse to appeal the stats decision to deny benefits? Thank you Michael Fiorentino
