I have worked for my company for 3 years, I have been bullied, talked down to for over a year, I have asked to be moved to another team several times. the last straw was when she touched my personal belonging my purse and lunch. I have been to HR twice. I have submitted a written letter to HR and my manager. Now my Manager feels a need to be bullying to by telling me my seat will being in the parking area. I have never been written up at my job, I have tried to move to another dept. cant get an interview. not sure what rights it have? can I sue the company?
