My previous company that I worked for 3 years ago wants me to pay back over paid wages. I was sub contracted to a 3rd party sub contractor for this employment. Raytheon over paid the 3rd party company (MEBS) who then paid me. Do I owe Raytheon for the ove

e have had an ongoing project to clear out all expat recon items. In researching, we found that you were overpaid.

I have attached a summary that will hopefully help you to see where the amount of the bill you received is coming from. If you look at the spreadsheet it will show you the amount of your "in country" salary with MEBS-Qatar with dates of deposits and next to that you can see where we took payroll deductions in the US to cover the in country salary payments. If you can look at December 2016 MEBS deposited your full monthly salary (10,000 QAR) for the month of December 2016 as well as an end of service 7,000 QAR which was not covered by deductions. I also added the deposit information I was provided by MEBS to verify deposit amounts.

If we found any reconciliation items for terminated expats, we had to place the amounts into Terms Database to start the invoicing process.
