I have been providing cleaning services for a company for the last 11 years. 7 days a week. Never once have been paid any benefits such as paid vacation, health insurance or overtime. (We are not on the clock, I come in after hours and get paid a salary)

Worked 11 years for the company
7 days a week. 364 days out of the year.
Not once have they paid me benefits. (Paid vacation, Overtime, Health insurance.)
Not under contract.
For the first couple of years they've automatically deducted taxes out of my checks but once Obama care came in. They started paying me the full amount (I guess to try to pretend I was a third party hire and therefore they didnt need to pay my health insurance?) so I had to pay my taxes on my own, at the end of the year.
Was simply replaced without a notice.
Was never fired or informed of the change.

This is totally unfair. Because there are lots of issues involved concerning overtime, employment benefits which cannot be openly discussed, I strongly suggest to see a local Nevada licensed attorney in this regard.
