My company terminated my employment under complaint from an union employee, i was suspended then I got call to let me know i was fired.

Employees refuse to follow my instructions as head department manager and union representative or shop steward came to cheers the employee for refuse do their job i warn all of them that I will make a report to HR and i did, one employee complaint of being harassed by me and HR collect all union employees statement and let me know I was terminated of my employment i have proof from security on duty that I did the right thing my only one witness regardless they Human Resources mention I was the issue and the problem.
