If in an acting role upon resigning, what rate of pay is severence paid out?
I was in an Acting capacity at the time I voluntarily resigned. My severance was paid out at my lower, permanent position rate rather than at the rate I was being paid for working in the acting role. I was expecting to be paid at the higher rate. Is this correct?
