Should I sue?
I worked on a construction job site. I was told I would get paid 10/hr. and would be paid hourly. I worked a 28/32 hours in a week and had called my boss to let him know that I was snowed in two different days and could not make it to the job. It took him almost four weeks to pay me and when he did he only paid me half of the hours I worked and claimed he had changed my pay from hourly to work accomplished.
