About Me:
David W. Neel is an AV-rated attorney in Cleveland, Ohio, with 23 years experience as a civil trial attorney. Mr. Neel received a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Kenyon College, his law degree with honors from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a Masters Degree in Jurisprudence from Columbia Law School in the City of New York. After serving as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Ann Aldrich, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Ohio, Mr. Neel represented Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial and employment litigation. Mr. Neel has wide-ranging experience in the trial and appellate courts in both state and federal court.
Mr. Neel is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he teaches Evidence law. He has lectured on various employment law and evidence topics and has written several articles addressing such topics.
