what do I do with eeoc's right-to-sue
the eeoc just gave me three "rigtht-to-sue" notices. What do I do?

Generally, you want to avoid federal court if at all possible for a number of reasons, some of which are procedural.

Right To Sue
You have 90 days to file a suit in federal court and you MAY have 1 year to file suit in state court IF you did everything correctly. I would assume that the 3 RTS notices deal with the company and two individual defendants.
