I worked Christmas Day & got x2 time but my job took my pto w/o me knowing. Is that legal?
So I was forced to work thanksgiving and Christmas this year and got paid time and a half on thanksgiving and double time on Christmas but my employer took my PTO time for working those days without permission or notifying me that was happening. Is that legal??
