Am I entitled to Paid Time and/or PTO as a returned employee

Worked for a FL nonprofit for over three years and gave three weeks notice. I returned a year later and worked for less than a year but was only able to offer one week notice. I had scheduled PTO long before I was given an offer. I was let go day of resignation. The handbook doesn’t pay out PTO for anyone who has worked under a year. My question is: are they legally obligated to pay me for the week notice I gave from my PTO.

No, not if the handbook put you on notice that if was forfeited if you did not remain employed for a year. Best of luck.
