I worked 10 years for the same employer, 8 years in Oregon and 2 years in North Carolina. Am I limited to the unemployment compensation from North Carolina or can I also file in Oregon?

North Carolina only offers 12 weeks. The last time I was laid off it took a year before getting a new position. Since the majority of my time with this company was in the State of Oregon can I extend my compensation through Oregon?
