I was recently demoted. Which I had the top production team at this store. I a few months back reported to HR I felt I was Being attacked because I was a female and the others which were male did not want me in the position I had! I was told we would like to keep you but you have to go back where you started from. So my thoughts were correct never been verbally spoken of not performing correctly nor have I ever been written up.
