I was falsely accused of violating HIPAA & fired, I have evidence and damages, but FL = at-will

and immediately terminated from my job without any investigation. I have a pile of actual damages, damages to my reputation, and the complaint filed with HSS by the patient says that I released information about her being pregnant to an individual who was in the office waiting room and saw her himself who will testify to that and that he and i never communicated at all, along with other witnesses, Dr.'s and staff members. Florida is at-will, so is there nothing I can do aside from suing the patient for false filing??
