Falsely accused at work

I was written up a work and falsely accused of something that was not true. I gathered my info and witnesses and went to HR. Hr investigated and cleared me of the accusation. Bonus time just came and I did not get mine cause of what had happened according to management. But I'm sure the person who falsely accused me got their bonus. What can I do legally?

Probably nothing unless this is a bonus based on objective criteria and is considered part of your wages. If it's a discretionary bonus from management, then management can pick and choose who receives it, so long as they don't base their decision on age, race, sex or one of the other protected classes under the federal employment laws.
