I was a very professinal Supervisor who recently moved to Texas, I have a misdeamnor

interviewed in person with the VP had great references, everything else on the back ground was Grade A and I was upfront about the disturbing the peace, when they pulled my background they asked me if there was any thing else on my back ground as they saw charges that I was never arrested or even convicted of, due to a false report from a disgruntled girl friend, once that was divuldged things changed, however those charges were bogus and they used them in my opinion against me. 10 days later they sent me a letter stating I failed the Drug screen which is inaccurate as I have two copies that I was provided with that are negative. on all results.
