I was, SUSPENDED WITH OUT PAY

I was, "Suspended Without Pay Pending an Investigation".

I'm a local truck driver that deliver fuel from the Port into local nearby cities and counties for 12-13 hours a day.

Also, my job requires me to operate under DOT- FMCSA REGULATIONS. The rules for "HOUR OF SERVICE" includes all carriers and drivers operating commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) must comply with "Hours of Services", regulations found in 49 CFR 395.

7/13/2023 I was dispatched out to a local store to deliver 9,000 gallons of fuel station. upon arrival the station would not be able to receive all the fuel because there was not enough room in underground storage tank. So, I made a phone call back to the dispatcher letting her know what i discovered at the fuel -station delivery site. The dispatcher and I agreed to take the remainder of the fuel to another driver at the home terminal where he would take over responsibility of the fuel tanker because we share the same truck and tanker unit. Once I arrived at the home terminal the Slip -Seat driver had started his day inside of another tanker unit. I then made another call back the Dispatcher and told her the other driver has gone out inside another unit. And Was on the phone with (5)five different office personnel. all telling me to Violate the Hours of Services Rules and make a delivery to another fuel station that I didn't have the time to do. I've already used the 16hour rule that's allowed by Department of Transportation the prior day on 7/12/2023 to make a last minute delivery. only allow this 16th hour rule once a week.

MY MANGERS AND COWORKERS: I TOLD THEM THAT, "I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE ANOTHER DELIVER". BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE BEEN IN VILOATION OF THE " HOURS OF SERVICES RULES".

THEN GOT CALL ON MY OFF DAY FROM THE HR-DEPARTMENT SAYING " IM SUSPENDED WITH OUT PAY PENDING INVESTIGATION".
