I have a question I work for a maid service and ten years ago I had a arrest for a misdemeanor and the company knew that and you know allowed me to work well money come up missing and I go on my crew and I got fired for it and they took money out of my ch

I was brought into the office that morning for work and accused of stealing the money and without any kind of proof they wanted me to sign a paper that pretty much admitted my guilt to stealing the money and they wouldn't release my check unless I signed the paper so I said I was going to get the cops involved and they release my check and I still no I didn't sign the paper because I didn't do anything and they don't have any kind of proof that I did and just because I did something so stupid but I was 10 years ago they're holding that against me
