Worked 2 part time jobs, one turned into fulltime. I then quit the other part time because I had a now full time position. Then after, the full time position was eliminated company wide. I decided to stay part time and collect underemployment while I look for full time work, but unemployment is denying me because I quit the part time. Can they do this?
