I did not get my profit share bonus.

Every quarter we get profit share bonus as a Manger and they are base on our performance as a Manger and on how well the store is up in sales and how well the store is doing. I am the only manager out of 5 that did not receive one and I have been communicating with my HR for at least 3 weeks about this issue and no one has an answer about why I did not get one. Every time I ask they say I don't know. The 1st time I ask I got told it would be on my next set of checks and it was not and then when I asked I still get I don't know why. There is no reason on why I should have not got one. Also they cut my pay and moved me down to an hourly manager for no reason. I also got the same reason when asked about this that they don't know why I got a raise when i was on salary and then I get moved down to hourly for no reason. I am so frustrated and I have worked for this company for 9 years and have never been treated this way. I just would like to get my money and what is owed to me. Do I need to get a lawyer and take action
