I had never been written up in nine years. This was a complete shock as my work performance was not lacking. I felt like they knew my lung condition which was made worse by conditions at the company such as repeated asbestos exposures was going to cost them or was going to boil down to me missing more work for my lung condition and that’s why I was let go.
